At Wazo our mission is to encourage creativity and spark curiosity in kids around the world. We design apps that put kids in control of their play – no rules, no directions, just pure open-ended play. This freedom naturally encourages learning, creativity, exploration, problem solving & collaboration.

We want to create simulated experiences that introduce kids to unique and diverse worlds that are are not possible to experience in the classroom. These experiences empower the kids to play, create curiosity about the world and let them tell stories while giggling along the way.

For us play is the best form of learning. We make beautiful open ended experiences with no rules, no directions and then let kids freely direct their play.

Fun and Giggles.

We design from the kids perspective. Before making anything we ask, how might we make the most fun experience for kids? Later we test them out with kids at our play parties.

It's the most beautiful feeling when we see kid's laugh, giggle and get excited about our creations!

Creativity & Curiosity.

As makers ourselves, we creative thinking to be the most powerful skill to have in the 21st century! We want to reinforce the natural imagination and curiosity kid's are born. We love it when kid's feel proud of the unique story they make on our app and ask us questions like, why are hair floating upwards?

Transporting kids to New & Diverse Worlds!

We do lots of research and translate them into immersive and interactive experiences that lets them explore unique and diverse worlds that are otherwise not possible to create in the analog worlds. And let them explore, discover , ask questions and make stories about their adventures!

Our Story

We are a product studio run by Yukti & Prateek, a designer and developer duo. We first met in our high school astronomy club for our shared love for science & space. For our first product, we came up with an app where kids experience living on a space station, something we ourselves wanted to experience as kids.

The idea for the app came to us when we observed how kids play. We saw that kids learn the most during play. That's the only time of the day when they are not being told what to do. When kids are in control & create their own experiences, magic happens. This encourages creativity, problem solving & collaboration.

As makers, we fell in love with the idea to empower kids with an unstructured & open ended way of learning. On our app, we introduce kids to concepts like gravity, planets, spacesuits etc., without really spelling it out to them. It sparks curiosity about science, while giggling & creating their unique experiences on the app, they feel proud to share.
